Shipping Policy

Last Updated: [27/04/2026]

1. Overview

FlowerSquare UK supplies fresh, perishable products to wholesalers and florists across the UK.

Due to the nature of our products, delivery is a critical part of our service. This policy outlines how shipping is handled and what you can expect.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across mainland United Kingdom.

For deliveries outside standard areas or for large-volume orders, arrangements may be made on request.

3. Delivery Schedule

Delivery days and times are agreed individually with each customer.

  • Deliveries are typically made on pre-arranged dates

  • Time windows are estimates, not guaranteed

  • Early morning deliveries may apply depending on logistics routes

We will always aim to meet agreed schedules, but flexibility is required due to the nature of the supply chain.

4. Shipping Method

Orders are delivered via:

  • Refrigerated transport where required

  • Trusted third-party logistics partners

  • Direct distribution where applicable

All reasonable steps are taken to maintain product quality during transit.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges:

  • May vary depending on order size, location, and frequency

  • Will be confirmed at the time of ordering or account setup

Free delivery may be offered for qualifying orders, subject to agreement.

6. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

This includes:

  • Once goods are signed for

  • Or when delivered to the agreed location

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Suitable storage conditions are in place immediately upon receipt

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive goods

  • Access issues

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge for re-delivery

  • Cancel the order without refund due to the perishable nature of goods

8. Delays

While we aim for reliability, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic or transport disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Supplier or import delays

  • Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

9. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported:

  • Within 24 hours

  • With clear photographic evidence

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Not meeting agreed standards

We may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement

  • Issue a credit note

  • Provide a partial refund

All claims are subject to verification.
