FlowerSquare UK supplies fresh flowers, primarily roses, to wholesalers, florists, and trade customers across the UK.
All products are intended for business use only, not for retail consumers unless agreed in writing.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities

Substitute products where necessary due to seasonal or supply constraints
Once an order is confirmed, it may not be amended or cancelled without our written agreement.

7. Delivery
We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes, however:

We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or customs

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
Customers must ensure accurate delivery details are provided.
8. Product Quality
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

Natural variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur

Products are subject to seasonal availability

Minor imperfections do not constitute a fault
We take all reasonable steps to ensure quality at the point of dispatch.
9. Claims & Complaints
Any issues must be reported:

Within 24 hours of delivery

With supporting evidence (including photographs)
We reserve the right to:

Inspect the goods

Offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Returns are not accepted

Refunds are only issued where goods are proven to be faulty or not as described
All resolutions are at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied
